The mentioned event, on the specified date and time, will be photographed and filmed.
This is a private, invitation-only event with paid admission. Attendance is restricted to adults, and participants may not bring additional guests unless expressly authorised by the organiser.
Photographs, videos, audio recordings, and other media (collectively referred to as the “Content”) may be created during the event by Ladies Who Brunch Paris, Poonam MANICK, and authorised photographers, videographers, or other third parties engaged by the organisers.
By attending the event and submitting this form, I grant Ladies Who Brunch Paris and Poonam MANICK a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to photograph, film, record, and use my name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance as captured during the event. I understand and agree that such Content may be reproduced, published, displayed, distributed, edited, adapted, and otherwise used in any media or format, whether now existing or developed in the future, for promotional, editorial, marketing, commercial, archival, or other lawful purposes, without further notice or compensation. I acknowledge and accept that I may appear incidentally or as part of a group in photographs, videos, or other recordings taken during the event. I understand that it may not be practical or possible for the organisers to obtain separate approval before publishing such Content. All photographs, videos, audio recordings, and other Content created by or on behalf of Ladies Who Brunch Paris and Poonam MANICK shall remain the exclusive property of Ladies Who Brunch Paris and Poonam MANICK. The organisers reserve the right to manage, edit, publish, archive, license, or remove such Content at their sole discretion. The organisers undertake to use the Content responsibly and in good faith, and not in any manner that is defamatory, misleading, or reasonably likely to unjustifiably infringe upon the privacy, dignity, or reputation of any participant.
The personal information provided in this form will be collected and processed by Ladies Who Brunch Paris and Poonam MANICK solely for the administration of this event, future Ladies Who Brunch Paris events, and related communications. Personal information will not be used for unrelated purposes or disclosed to third parties except where required by law or where reasonably necessary for the organisation and promotion of the event.
You may request access to, correction of, or removal of your personal information, subject to any applicable legal or administrative obligations and the laws of Mauritius.
All bookings are final and non-refundable. Once a place has been reserved, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the organisers.
